Art of The Table 2012

This was our first year participating in Art of the Table. Oh my, my, it was a sea of gorgeous creative tables from a lot of designers (primarily from Indianapolis). Our table was titled “Violet Vintage”…I know-how novel right :) I could have hung out in that room all day smelling the flowers and looking at the pretty. I wish I had the gift of gab and could explain how pretty these tables were; it was a haven for table ideas that you’d find in the most glamorous magazines.

Pillar Box Studio did our lovely paper crafts such as the table numbers, menu, program, etc. Amanda Wood styled our table with details true to our vintage nature that couldn’t have been more perfect. Photography by Ellen took the pretty photos which I was very thankful for.

The purple and green color scheme add the soft touches you’d expect to see in a green wedding. I really liked a ton of other tables at the event but admittedly I had another favorite-the roaring 20′s table. The soft pink colors with feathers and pearls drew me in. They had vintage hats on each seat and took a vintage Indianapolis Wedding to another level.

Both of these tables would be perfect for a vintage wedding, a garden wedding, or reception dinner.
